25 years of turning vision into reality

Angela Camos has spent more than 25 years at the intersection of organizational development, federal compliance, and human transformation — working across tribal nations, nonprofits, government agencies, and private sector organizations throughout Alaska and beyond.

Her career began in human services and grew into program management, grant compliance, executive coaching, and regional leadership — culminating in her role as Regional Director for a federal contract serving tribal nations and Native communities across Alaska.

Alongside this organizational work, Angela has maintained a coaching practice since 2008 — working with entrepreneurs, educators, and leaders to bring their best ideas into reality using a unique blend of challenge, support, and deep inner work.

Angela brings a unique deep personal path of inner development to this work — holding an International Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery Certification, training directly with Sondra Ray, widely recognized as the Mother of Breathwork, and engaging in personal healing and study with multiple healers across Celtic and Indigenous traditions. This is not background — it is the foundation of everything the Innate side of Dynamic Action offers.

Dynamic Action is the integration of everything she has built — a practice that honors both the outer work of organizational excellence and the inner work of personal transformation, because real change — in a person or an organization — always starts from the inside out.
